RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The deadline for making an exchange or return will be 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. We will only proceed with a return or exchange if the items are in perfect condition, unused and with their original labels. Accessories will not be eligible for return or exchange, unless they present some type of manufacturing defect.

In the case of returns due to a product defect or a size or model error, we will assume the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is for other reasons, the customer must bear this cost.


Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your request. If you opt for a refund, the amount will be returned within 3 to 5 business days using the same payment method used. If you prefer an exchange, we will send you a coupon to use in our online store.

Shipping costs for processing a return differ between different regions. These are the costs of the return depending on the area:

Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): €5.90.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €6.90.


Items must be in perfect condition, unused, free of damage, stains, odors or any condition that prevents them from being sold as new. Otherwise, we cannot continue with the return process. Additionally, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in order to receive a refund. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items included as part of the packaging (wristbands, stickers, etc.).

Items must be returned in perfect condition: unused, undamaged, free of stains and odors, and fit for sale. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the return. The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. It is imperative that the items are sent in their original packaging, with their original tags and any items included in the package such as cards, stickers, etc.
