RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The return or exchange period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. We will only process a return or exchange if the items are in perfect condition, unused, and with their original tags. Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have some type of manufacturing defect.

In the case of returns due to a product defect or a size or model error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for that cost.


Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your request. If you opt for a refund, the amount will be returned within 3 to 5 business days using the same payment method used. If you prefer an exchange, we will send you a coupon to use in our online store.

Shipping costs for processing a return vary by region. These are the return costs depending on the region:

Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): €5.90.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €6.90.


Items must be in perfect condition, unused, free of damage, stains, odors, or any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Otherwise, we cannot process the return. Additionally, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment to receive a refund. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items included as part of the packaging (wristbands, stickers, etc.).
