Term and conditions

The deadline for making an exchange or return is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. We only accept returns or exchanges if the items are in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, and free of stains and odors, with their original tags and complete packaging (including cards, stickers, or other included items). Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Returns due to defect or error

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in size or model, we will assume the cost of the return shipping.

Returns for other reasons

If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, which may vary depending on the location and courier service. We can provide a return label, and the actual cost will be deducted from the refund.

Orders not collected or rejected
If the customer does not collect their order at the delivery point (Parcel Shop) or refuses delivery, the package will be returned to our facilities. In that case:

• Only the cost of the products will be refunded.

• Initial shipping costs (if any) and return shipping costs charged by the courier will be deducted.

Return and refund process

Once the product has been received and inspected:

• If you choose a refund , the amount will be returned within 3 to 5 business days using the same payment method used.

• If you choose exchange , we will send you a coupon to use in our online store.

Customs and International Taxes

International orders shipped Outside of Europe, customs fees, taxes or duties may apply, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
NOMAD COAST does not cover these expenses under any circumstances.
These charges are determined by the authorities of the destination country and may vary according to local legislation.
If the customer refuses the package or does not pay the corresponding charges, the order may be returned to our facilities, and the corresponding shipping and return costs will apply.
