SHIPPING
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time varies depending on location and shipping type selected. Orders typically take 2 to 3 business days to arrive within Spain.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can check its status at any time.
Can I change the shipping information?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or edited . However, you can contact us at info.nomadcoast@gmail.com . We can't guarantee that we'll be able to modify your order, but we'll do our best to help.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
General Information
The return or exchange period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. We will only process a return or exchange if the items are in perfect condition, unused, and with their original tags. Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have some type of manufacturing defect.
In the case of returns due to a product defect or a size or model error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for that cost.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your request. If you opt for a refund, the amount will be returned within 3 to 5 business days using the same payment method used. If you prefer an exchange, we will send you a coupon to use in our online store.

Shipping costs for processing a return vary by region. These are the return costs depending on the region:
Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): €5.90.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €6.90.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the order .
Who bears the cost of return shipping?
- If the return is due to a product defect or an error in size or model , we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer must assume the cost of shipping.
What conditions must an item meet to be returned?
Items must be unused , in perfect condition , free of stains and odors, and in their original packaging , including tags and any items included in the package such as cards, stickers, etc.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days using the same payment method used.

How do I know my size?
On each product page, just below the payment methods, you'll find a link called "Size Guide" where you can check the specific measurements for each garment. It's important to measure the references with the garment stretched out on a flat surface , not with the garment worn, to obtain the most accurate measurement.

We accept all types of credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex...), PayPal , Apple Pay , Google Pay , Union Pay , Shop Pay and we offer the option of paying in installments without commissions .
